KPA decides listserve best for editorial sharing

Posted March 4, 2015

Enough interest has been expressed in an editorial sharing service through the Kansas Press Association that a new listserve has been established.

Decisions on which editorials to share will be up to those who join the listserve. If you think an editorial would be of interest to your colleagues, upload it. Make sure it isn't behind your paywall.

Emily Bradbury, director of member services at KPA, has designed the listserve similar to the one sports editors use to share information.

Editorials that would work best are those that don't concentrate on a local issue but on a statewide concern, such as transparency, public notice or the First Amendment, for example, but other subjects are acceptable.
