Goodland dominates field at Scott City Invitational
Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–On a nice fall day of weather, nine schools made the trip to Scott City for the Scott City Invitational girls golf meet, held at the Scott Community Golf Course.
Goodland would win four of the top five spots individually, and win the meet, defeating Colby for the top spot, while Stanton County placed third.
Allison Cure was the individual champion, shooting an 80, and was six shots better than teammate Sadie Sederstrom. Bella Cofer and Presley Glenn from Simarron were sixth and seventh, while Stanton County’s Rylee Polzin was eighth.
