Starbucks on Bluemont shuts its doors, part of franchise's mass closures

The Starbucks on Bluemont and Manhattan Avenue permanently closed its doors Saturday. The coffee company announced Sept. 25 that it will close hundreds of locations across the United States and Canada as part of its “Back to Starbucks” strategy.
