Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Executes Search Warrant in Ongoing Methamphetamine Distribution Investigation.

Coolidge, Kan–On Monday, October 6, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office in coordination with the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant at 207 N. Maple St. in Coolidge as part of an ongoing investigation into the illegal distribution of methamphetamine. During the search investigators recovered suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and additional evidence consistent with the distribution of controlled substances.

Arrested was 59-yearold Patricia Apodaca of Coolidge for Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility in the Commission of a Drug Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No Drug Tax Stamp. Also arrested was 69-year-old Claude Bezona of Coolidge for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All individuals involved are innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
