Holcomb claims GWAC volleyball title

Cimarron, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Saturday’s Great West Activities Confernece Volleyball Tournament was one of the more competitive tournaments in recent memory, as all seven GWAC schools made the trip to Cimarron High School to compete for a league title.

Holcomb would come out as the tournament champions, winning the league title for the first time since 2016. The Lady Longhorns went 5-0 on the day without dropping a set, as they took down Goodland in two sets in the championship match. Colby would outlast Cimarron for third, while Scott City was fifth, Hugoton sixth and Ulysses was seventh.
