Andale wins Abilene Invite, Scott City has three individual champions
Abilene, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–In their final competition before the Christmas break, 16 teams made up of the Abilene Invitational Tournament on Saturday at Abilene High School. It’s an increase of teams from previous seasons, with an increase of tough competition.
Andale, one of the newcomers to the tournament, would take the team title by 13 points over Scott City, who had a late round surge to overtake Abilene for the runner-up spot.
Scott City would have three tournament winners, with Trenton Frank winning at 144, Blaze Gossman taking the 165-pound title, and Easton Eisenhour claiming the top spot at 190 pounds.
