Scott City’s Irvin signs with DCCC softball

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–There were a few options for Crissa Irvin do decide what she wanted to do post high school. Irvin had decided she wanted to play softball and was all in. Where she wanted to go was to be determined. Until recently.

On Friday, Irvin made it official by signing her letter of intent to play softball at Dodge City Community College to play for the Conquistador program.

Irvin was a GWAC First Team All-League selection in 2025, and was second team in 2024. As a sophomore, she hit .463 with 38 hits and 18 RBI. She is a three-year starter for Scott City, and was intstrumental in helping the Lady Beavers qualify for state as a freshman and sophomore, batting leadoff.

Her major is undecided at this time.
