Bill by Manhattan women passes Kansas House of Representatives

A bill requiring that people convicted of certain felonies be held without bond until sentencing will go to Gov. Laura Kelly for signature or veto after passing a vote on the floor of the Kansas House of Representatives Tuesday morning.
