Lawrence Fraternal Order of Police raising funds for family of officer who died
The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #2 Lawrence, Kansas, has set up a memorial fund for those who wish to support the family of Lawrence police Officer Zachary Garcia-Kerns, who died this month at age 28.
