Lawrence board signs off on 83-unit apartment complex planned for Oread neighborhood
Lawrence's Historic Resources Commission voted 4-1 Thursday to find that the design for The Place @ KU, a planned 83-unit apartment complex, aligns with the Oread neighborhood.
