Hackers attack K-State's online course system; thousands of schools affected

Kansas State University announced at noon Friday that its online course system is restored, aside from “a few integrations.” The previous day, the college was swept up in a nationwide cybersecurity attack affecting approximately 8,800 educational institutions.
