Kansas AG issues opinion exempting some state facilities from anti-trans bathroom law
A few spaces are exempt from Kansas’ new bathroom law that requires people to use the facilities in government buildings that match their sex assigned at birth, Attorney General Kris Kobach said in a new opinion.
