Manhattan votes to oppose Green Valley incorporation in Pott County

Manhattan city commissioners unanimously approved a resolution Tuesday opposing the proposed incorporation of the city of Green Valley in Pottawatomie County. The resolution says the petition is “inadvisable” under state law.
