Keats sewer project breaks ground on long-awaited infrastructure upgrade

KEATS — Riley County officials marked the start of construction Thursday evening on a long-planned sanitary sewer system intended to address failing septic systems and bring modern wastewater service to the unincorporated community of Keats.
