Lady Beaver golfers looking to improve

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–While the numbers are light for the program, the Scott City girls golf team is looking to improve upon what they did at the end of last year.

Two of the returning golfers, senior Gabie Tucker, and sophomore Piper Jessup, look to take the leap to cut down on their scores and get better this season. The Lady Beaver golf team will have just one newcomer to the squad this season.

Dakota Hays returns as the head girls golf coach, as they look to improve during a fast moving season.

Their first competition will be in Hugoton on Thursday, September 3.
