Makers Guild to host Hispanic and Latino culture celebration at Plaza Courtyard

The Makers Guild, a nonprofit artist commune in Manhattan, will host a celebration of Hispanic and Latino culture Oct. 12 at the Courthouse plaza following the unanimous approval of its reservation request by Riley County commissioners on Monday.
