Lawrence City Commission votes to increase property taxes, stormwater rates
Lawrence city commissioners on Tuesday voted 4-1 and 5-0, respectively, to increase property taxes in 2027 and to raise stormwater rates over the next three years. Exactly how much property taxes will increase is still in flux, however.
