City to vote on budget, hold public hearings

The Manhattan City Commission on Tuesday will conduct separate public hearings for the revenue-neutral rate and proposed 2027 budget. Commissioners will then vote on adopting the city budget and a property tax rate exceeding the revenue-neutral rate.
