Groundwater issue adds nearly $20,000 to Keats sewer project

Riley County commissioners unanimously approved a $19,498 change order Tuesday for the Keats sanitary sewer improvement project after construction crews discovered groundwater significantly higher than expected beneath one of the project’s lagoon cells.
