Commission to consider historic preservation plan, KDOT traffic light agreement

Manhattan city commissioners will consider accepting the Manhattan Historic Preservation Plan and authorizing a city-state agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation for installing a traffic signal at the Casement Road and Hayes Drive intersection during Tuesday’s meeting.
