Colby wins Scott City Golf Invitational

Colby, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–It was a picturesque Friday afternoon for golf, as nine schools made the trip to Scott City for the annual Scott City Golf Invitational. In the end, Colby would do enough to outlast Scott City for the championship, while Lakin took third.

Colby’s Kaleb Dixon fired a round of 79 to take the tournament final, one shot better than Lakin’s Brayson Hoover, Scott City’s Jagger Spangler-Carlson and Holcomb’s Dylan Burch.
