Riley County commissioners OK agreement for event complex to replace fairgrounds

Riley County commissioners unanimously approved an agreement Thursday advancing plans for a proposed $12 million to $14 million event complex that could replace the aging CiCo Park fairgrounds.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
