Contact KPA's Legal Hotline at 785-840-0077. His email address is [email protected].
He cannot assist in cases involving disputes among KPA members or consultation that might adversely affect another KPA member. The Hotline, which is free for KPA members, is limited to telephone or brief electronic mail advice. KPA members may engage him for more involved matters on fee-based representation.
