Last two KPA district meetings in Newton, Topeka

Posted September 18, 2015

The Kansas Press Association has completed district meetings in Iola, Atwood and Garden City. The final two meetings are Oct. 16 in Newton and Nov. 6 in Topeka.

The meetings are designed to bring the services of KPA directly to members in all five districts in the state.

The meeting in Newton will be followed by a regular KPA Board of Directors meeting.

Each meeting runs from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Programming include sales training by Amber Jackson, advertising director for KPA, an explanation of what KPA has to offer members and a discussion on the upcoming 2016 Day at the Legislature.

Lunch will be provided through a grant from the Kansas Newspaper Foundation, and there will be no charge to members who attend the meetings.
