K-State kicks off first rodeo in new arena during team's 80-year anniversary

Eighty years after its founding, the K-State rodeo team kicked off its annual competition Thursday night inside the new Bilbrey Family Event Center. This marked the first major event held in the facility and drew a large opening-night crowd.
